United States Geological Survey – Enterprise Architecture Support Services

Key milestones were reached through the development of a TOGAF-based Enterprise Architecture and Cloud-first Roadmap for the U.S. Volcano System Center and Observatories. A thorough Architecture Assessment was completed for the Cascade Volcano Observatory, along with the design of comprehensive Business, Infrastructure, Data, Security, Application, and Disaster Recovery Architectures. Additionally, a DMZ was designed to incorporate Zero Trust, Cloud Smart, and Data Center Optimization strategies. Data Center Services and a Tech Refresh for the Water Mission Area's new infrastructure were also delivered, along with Zero Trust and Capability Assessments.

United States Geological Survey – Enterprise Architecture Support Services

Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency

Comprehensive IT support was delivered, encompassing Tier-III Help Desk Operations, Engineering Services, and Application Maintenance. Security Compliance, Surge Support management, and Application Development & Integration were successfully ensured. Legacy systems were upgraded by transitioning them into microservices architectures, while robust engineering and testing environments were created. Additionally, Zero Trust frameworks were implemented, and Capability Assessments were conducted to substantially strengthen clients' security posture.

Peace Corps

Overseeing the implementation of Everlaw for the Peace Corps Office of General Counsel (OGC) involved close collaboration with the FOIA/Privacy Act Office, Records Management Office, and Everlaw as the implementation partner. This initiative optimized the management of electronically stored information (ESI) to comply with federal regulatory requirements, facilitating investigations and litigation discovery.

U.S.Department of Health and Human Services – MS Azure HRMESB Continuity of Services Support

National cybersecurity is being strengthened through the sustainability of Microsoft Azure systems, the modernization of SFTP to an API-based architecture, the resolution of POA&Ms for ATO, the implementation of disaster recovery solutions, and the execution of Zero Trust assessments.

Selective Service System – RCV Cloud Refactoring System Modernization

A high-value legacy .NET application is being modernized, with its databases migrated to AWS, while user interfaces are being enhanced using ReactJS. Infrastructure as Code, microservices, DevSecOps, and test automation are being implemented within the AWS environment. Additionally, AWS cloud hosting is being provided for the SSS Agency, disaster recovery is being established for migrated applications, and ATO is being secured. Standard operating procedures for both security and applications are being developed, along with key performance indicators for the deployed system.

United States House of Representatives

A modernized multi-tenant architecture with significant process improvements was successfully delivered. The Target State for data center infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Storage, DevOps, and Kubernetes/Docker for HOR was assessed and defined, ensuring a robust and future-ready environment.

Administrative Office of US Courts

Revamped the Case Management System by evaluating and defining the Target State for CM/ECF, successfully converting a Java Swing application into a modern Spring framework.
